Is there a web app, or is everything on the phone?
There is, but only for administrators and reception. They can use both the mobile app and the web app in the browser, with the same functions, including members, sessions, payments, debts and reports. Members and trainers use the mobile app only.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many branches and staff you have. Get in touch for a quote tailored to your gym.
Does it work if we have more than one location?
Yes. Every branch (hours, capacity, staff) is managed under one account, and reports can roll up across all of them or split by branch.
Can members pay for their membership online?
If you enable online payment, yes: members buy and renew from the app. If you'd rather keep payments at reception, that works too. Online payment is never forced on you.
Is our data backed up?
Yes, encrypted backups of the database and stored files are taken off-host daily, so a server failure doesn't mean losing your records.
What languages does the app support?
Bosnian and English, for both staff and members, matching this website.
